DaylaceFor iPhone, iPad and Mac

Your reminders,in your free time.

Your calendar knows when you’re busy and your reminders know what needs doing. Daylace puts the two together: it finds the gaps between your events and drops your tasks into them, so the to-do list becomes a plan for the day.

Coming soon to the App StoreiOS 18, iPadOS 18 or macOS 15 and later

A plan, not a list

It works with the Calendar and Reminders you already use, so there’s nothing new to set up.

  • Fill my gaps

One tap places every waiting task into today’s open time. Overdue ones go first, each into the earliest gap it fits.

  • Move anything

Drag a task to any free slot or pin it to a set time. Drag an event and the tasks it lands on find a new slot, with one Undo for both.

  • Honest lengths

Daylace asks how long each task will take instead of guessing. Type “Call mom at 4pm for 20 min” and it reads the time and the length for you.

  • Widgets

Up Next, Today and Lock Screen widgets show what’s next, how many tasks are left and how much time is still open. Tap a ring to check a task off.

  • Ask Siri

“What’s next in Daylace”, “Add a task to Daylace” and “Fill my gaps in Daylace” work hands free and in Shortcuts.

  • Gentle nudges

A nudge arrives as each planned slot begins, with a Done button right on the notification. Turn them off on any device.

Questions

Good to know.

Does Daylace change my calendar?

Only when you ask it to. An event moves when you drag it, and its details change when you edit them in Daylace. It never deletes an event, and an edit to a repeating event changes just that one occurrence.

Which calendars and reminders does it work with?

The ones already on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, including iCloud, Google and Exchange accounts. Pick which calendars and lists Daylace can see, and it won't load the rest.

Where are my task times saved?

On the reminders themselves, as their due time. That means a planned task shows up in the Reminders and Calendar apps too, on every device you use.

What if a task runs longer than its gap?

Daylace tells you straight away and offers three choices: move it to the nearest gap it fits, split it across a few free slots, or let it wait for later.

Private by design

Your day stays yours.

No account, no sign-in, no analytics and no ads. Your calendar and reminders stay in Apple’s own apps, and the few things Daylace remembers, like how long each task takes, sync through your own iCloud.
