Getting help

Email jafdev@outlook.com with what happened and which iPhone or iPad you're using. You'll get a reply within a few days.

Common questions

• How do I add someone? Open the Family tab and share the invite code. They choose Join an existing family and enter it.
• Someone has an old code. The family owner can tap Make a new code on the Family tab. The old code stops working; people already in stay in.
• How do I delete my account? Family tab, then Delete account. If you're the last person in the family, its list is deleted too.
